Renata Hamilton, 79, of Bunker Hill, Ill., died at Heritage Health of Staunton on Sunday, Aug. 14, 2022. She was born March 9, 1943, in Germany. She married Jerry Ray Hamilton. He preceded her in death in 2009.

She was an inspector for an automotive parts manufacturer. Renata was a member of the Bunker Hill Senior Citizens.

She is survived by her stepchildren, Gary Hamilton, Randall Hamilton, Pam Bush; many step grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Frank (Jenny) Hamilton of Bunker Hill, James Hamilton of Brighton; sister-in-law, Mary (Brad) Morey of Bunker Hill; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Renata was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Barbara Hamilton, one brother, and one sister.
