SHS winter athletes were recognized for their outstanding performances in a winter sport are (L to R) Caidy Tuetken (basketball), Savannah Billings (basketball), Cayden Silvester (basketball), Isabella Henning (cheerleading), and Layla Hoffman (Red Roses).
Five Staunton High School winter athletes were recognized for their outstanding performances.
Savannah Billings was recog- nized for her talents in varsity basketball, earning all-tournament honors at the Litchfield Tournament. During the 2022 volleyball season, Savannah was awarded First Team All-Conference honors. She has committed to Quincy University on a softball scholarship.
Isabella Henning was recognized for cheerleading. She has been a member of the cheer squad for four years and has served as captain for the last two years.
