Paul Jay Stroud Jr., 76, passed away in Independence Mo. On March 31, 2024. Paul was born in Granite City, Ill. On December 28, 1947 to Paul and Verna (Loemker) Stroud. Paul was a cherished father, husband and friend.

Paul’s life was marked by remarkable courage and dedication. Serving his country with honor, he bravely navigated the challenges of the Vietnam War as a member of the United States Army, embodying the values of courage and commitments throughout his service.
