Craddick

Betty Jean Craddick, 88, of Benld, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024. She was born June 7, 1936 in Gillespie to Jeanie Steed and she preceded Betty in death. She married Harry Craddick on Sept. 25, 1954 at the Gillespie Methodist Church and he survives.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed anything involving her family especially doting on her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-children.

She is survived by her two sons, David (Betty Lynn) Craddick, Litchfield, and Robert (Anna) Craddick, O’Fallon, Ill.; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Spitznagel, Litchfield, Michael (Tanya) Cradd...
