After winning the 8th grade 3A state sectional game on Monday, March 11, against Macon Meridian, the Lady Terriers advanced to the first round of State games as part of the Elite 8. On Friday, March 15, the 8th grade volleyball Terriers traveled to Pana to battle Peru Parkside. Staunton beat them in two sets, 25-15, 25-11 thus earning them a spot in the Final Four state games on Saturday, March 16th. The 8th graders played Monteno in the Semi-finals.
