Betty E. Heck, 89, of Gillespie, died on Feb. 3, 2024. She was born Oct. 29, 1934, in Gillespie to the late James Orville Kelly and Celia (Dillon) Kelly. Betty was a homemaker that enjoyed babysitting, going out to eat and playing cards. Betty was preceded in death by her daughter, Jennie Heck; granddaughter, Holly Heck; siblings, John Kelly, Bill Kelly, Junior Kelly, Ellen Clemonds, Arlene Griva, and Edna Audi.
