Todd Louis Meyer, 66, passed away on Jan. 28, 2024, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. Todd was born on Mar. 17, 1957 to William Edward Meyer and Patricia Lee (Dively) Meyer in Litchfield.

He attended Mt. Olive High School and served in the United States Army; stationed in Frankfort, Germany as a Chemical Specialist. He was Honorably Discharged as a Specialist 4th Class (SP4).
