Fowler

Phillip Jeremy Fowler, 45, of Ottawa, Ill., passed away at OSF Health Center in Alton, on Monday, Dec. 18, 2023.

He was born on Aug. 7, 1978, in Alton the son of James E. Fowler and Kathy (Nodine) Fowler. Phillip married his wife, Kristi Hunt on June 14, 1997, in Alton and he is survived by his wife.

He served our country in the U.S. Marine Corps and he was the Harbormaster at Heritage Harbor Marina in Ottawa.
