Jesse H. Eaton III, 51, of Granite City, Ill., died on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at his residence. He was born Oct. 4, 1971, in LaGrange Park, the son of Marsha (Williams) Ponder and the late Jesse H. Eaton II. He married Ashley Woosley on June 24, 2016, in Edwardsville, and she survives.
Jesse was employed as a bread delivery truck driver for Alpha Baking Company of Chicago.
He is survived by his wife, Ashley Eaton of Granite City; two daughters, Lina Eaton of Granite City, Samantha Winkelman of O'Fallon, Ill .; one stepson, Cory Allen of Litchfield; and his mother, Marsha (Bob) Ponder of Granite City. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Alexis.
No services are scheduled. Private interment will be held at a later date at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Belleville.
