Gianna Bianco came in 12th overall with a jump of 27' 4.4"
A total of 18 teams competed at the Girls Sectional Track Meet held Thursday, May 11, at Carlinville. The Staunton girls placed 12th with 19 team points. Litchfield was first at Sectional with 94 team points.
The Staunton girls able to score in the top 10 included the following:
Hannah Daugherty won 9th in the 200m with a PR 29.57.
Samantha Fulton placed 6th in the 400m with her PR 1:07.48.
Mallory Lucykow placed 10th in the 1600m with a PR 6:45.45 and Elsah Clark was 10th in the 3200m (17:36.04).
The team of Fulton, Lilly Trettenero, Daugherty and Meadow Kilduff won 6th place in the 4x100...
