Magill

Patrick Joseph Magill, 56, of Staunton, Ill., formerly of Warrenton, Mo., died on Friday, Dec. 16, 2022, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. He was born on Aug. 17, 1966, in St. Louis, the son of Harry W. Jr. and Annette (Munster) Magill.

Pat attended the Southview Special School District in St. Louis County, Mo., and graduated in 1987. Pat had a bright and curious love for life. Besides spending time with family, Pat was a proud uncle, loving brother, and brother-in-law. Pat enjoyed movies, wrestling, Wheel of Fortune, music, farming, traveling, and Vanna, his cat. He liked to dance and sing. Pat was a huge Elvis fan. He was a fan of local sports teams, too, like the St. Louis Cardinals, Kansas City Chiefs, the St. Louis Blues and Mizzou. His favorite holidays were Christmas, New Year's Eve, and the Fourth of July.

Patrick is survived by his parents, Harry Jr. and Annette Magill; brother, Matthew Magill; sister, Angela (Kevin) Bentlage; niece, Jessica, and nephew, Blake. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Harry Sr. and Virginia Magill; maternal grandparents, Ralph and Margaret Munster; and an aunt, Patricia Mary Magill.

It was Pat's wishes and that of his family that he be cremated. The family will host a celebration of Patrick's life at a later date.
