Terriers win three conference games

The Staunton Terriers swept three conference games last week, as both the 7th and 8th grade squads defeated Southwestern, Carlinville, and Bunker Hill. .

On Monday, Dec. 5, SJHS welcomed Southwestern to Staunton. This game was a rematch of the championship game of the Staunton Tournament the previous week. The Terriers got off to a shaky 17-13 halftime lead before pulling away with a 44-24 victory. Nine players scored for the Terriers, with Luke Moore leading the way with 14 points.
