Freshmen (L to R) are Mallory Lucykow who placed 7th in the Freshman Women's 2.9-mile race with a time of 21:23. Elsah Clark placed 11th (23:57), Kristin Wagoner placed 12th (24:05), and Brooke Rucker placed 14th (24:15).
All of the SHS Cross Country runners earned personal records at the East Alton Wood River (EAWR) Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 8. The EAWR Invite is unique because it is run in separate races divided by class and gender, which allows them to compete only with those in the same category. Nine Staunton runners earned top 15 honors in their divisions....
