Cross country at Carlinville Invitational

Four of Staunton's Cross Country runners placed in the top 30 at the Carlinville Invitational on Tuesday, Oct. 4, to earn medals.

Nicholas Monahan (left) placed 13th with a personal record (PR) of 17:54, and Rhyse Rucker placed 24th with a time of 18:29 in the Men's 3-Mile race. In the Women's 3-Mile Run, Lexi Pfeiffer (left) placed 26th with a time of 23:02, with Mallory Lucykow coming in just two behind her in 28th with a time of 23:28.
