Steve Boster, 61, of Staunton, Ill., died Monday, June 6, 2022, at Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton. He was born on June 27, 1960, in Litchfield, the son of the late James and Evelyn (Meier) Boster.

He was a manager in retail sales for many years, a U.S. Army veteran, and a member of Concordia Hall of Staunton.

Steve is survived by two daughters, Natosha Peck and Crystal Boster; one son, Steven J. Boster; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four brothers, Michael Boster, Jack (Karen) Boster, Gary (Sherry) Boster, Russell Boster; two sisters, Sandra (Wayne) Blanton, Lisa (Paul) Milton; and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 26, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Concordia Hall in Staunton.
