Jeffrey Scott Bertolis, 52, of Gillespie, Ill., died at his residence on Saturday, April 30, 2022. He was born July 31, 1969, in Litchfield, to Mike and Donna (Campbell) Bertolis.

He was a foreman for Tubular Steel after having worked there for 26 years before they closed. Jeff enjoyed bird hunting, Mopar cars, working in the yard, but he enjoyed and loved the most watching his son play sports.

He is survived by his parents, Mike and Donna Bertolis of Gillespie; son, Trenton Bertolis of Wilsonville; siblings, Mike D. Bertolis of Mt. Olive, Kevin (Misty) Bertolis of Gillespie, Julie Yudinsky of Carlinville; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and special brothers, Timothy Blevins and Palmer Blevins. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his sister, Tammara Bertolis; and grandparents, Duncan and Betty Campbell.

Funeral services were held Thursday, May 5, at Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie. Burial was at Gillespie Cemetery.
