Bulldogs celebrate their 1-point win over Southwestern 39-38.
The Staunton basketball Bulldogs were scheduled to play Greenville on Saturday, Feb. 19, in the opening round of the Greenville Regional. The Comets defeated the Bulldogs 47-36 ending Staunton's season with a 11-19 record.
Around the league -
Hillsboro defeated Roxana 76-50 and they will play Greenville tonight, Feb. 23, at Greenville at 7 p.m.
East Alton/Wood River defeated Southwestern 44-31 and will now play Alton Marquette at Greenville 6 p.m. tonight.
Litchfield defeated Carlinville 45-40 and advance to play Pana tonight at Pana....
