Michael L. Ridenhour, (44), from Gillespie, committed the class four felony offense for violating an order of protection on April 11, 2024. Named defendant contacted protection order holder via their cellular phone number and has previously been convicted of violating an order of protection.

Roderick J. Boulanger, (39), from Virden, committed the class three felony offense for the possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine or a substance containing methamphetamine on March 4, 2024.

Samantha K. Komnick, (37), from Brighton, committed two counts for crimes that occurred on April 3, 2024: Count one said defendant committed the class two felony offense of aiding, abetting, possession, and intent to sell a stolen vehicle, defendant possessed a 1991 Chevrolet truck, belonging to another person; Count two said defendant committed the class three felony offense of theft, unauthorized control, in that said defendant knowing exerted unauthorized control over the property of Carlinville Country Club, being a golf cart, having value more than $500 but less than $10,000.

Blake K. Walch, (19), from Modesto, committed a class three offense for theft of, unauthorized control, on Jan. 10, 2024. Named defendant knowingly exerted unauthorized control over the property of Lake Plowman, being $900.

Samuel A. Painter, (23), from Palmyra, faces the offense of possession of firearm in public on April 3, 2024, said defendant possessed on his person, a loaded and not encased, a Canik TP9SFx 9mm handgun, and upon IL Route 111.

Brantley A. Walley, (25), from Virden, faces the offense of criminal damage to property on April 13, 2024. Named defendant knowingly attempted to damage an automotive windshield, by punching the windshield causing cracks, the damage not being in excess of $500.

Dennis R. Corey, (18), from Girard, committed the offense of possessing more than 30 but less than 100 grams of cannabis or a substance containing cannabis on Sept. 23, 2023.

Clarence Richard McCreary, (72), of Wood River, faces citation for no license or registration while driving a silver, 2003 Dodge car on April 17, 2024.

DUI

Mackenzie M. Cunningham, (19), of Litchfield, was ticketed for driving a black, 2013 Toyota car under the influence of alcohol, being a first or second offense, Eastbound on Route 138, on April 19, 2024 at 3 a.m.
