County's Animal And Adoption Center Remains In Safe Hands

Macoupin County Animal Control and Adoption Center, Carlinville, has announced their administrator Julie Boehler has retired effective May 1, 2024.

With the announcement of retirement also brings forward the announcement of promotion. Life-long Macoupin County resident Christina Genisio will be the new Administrator. It takes a lot to run the animal control, and community help is a key to success.
