Norma Jean Franke, 89, of Staunton, Ill. passed away on April 2, 2024. She was born on Oct. 4, 1934 in Bunker Hill, Ill. to the late Emil and Christina (Dubbelde) Johnson. She married Edwin E Frank on April 27, 1957. Norma and Edwin had two daughters.

Norma worked at The Gardens Restaurant in Litchfield, Ill. for many years. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church of Staunton. Norma enjoyed her flowers, shopping with her daughters, playing Euchre, and watching game shows on TV.

Norma is survived by daughters Betty (Ron) Everly of Port Byron, Ill; Janelle Franke (Jeff Yarnik) of Staunton, Ill; her six grandchildren Rebecca (Doug) Looney; Mallory (Danny) Scroggins; Chelsa (Cody) Krech; Alyssa Everly; Broc (Savanya) Everly; and Joshua Franke; her nine great grandchildren Owen; Evan; Greyson; Adalyn; Camden; Keegan; Cody; Callahan; and Rivers; and her three sister-in-laws Faye Buffington; Wilma Franke; and Judy Franke. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Edwin; and her daughter Peggy Nathan.

Funeral service is at Noon on Friday, April 12, 2024 at Zion Lutheran Church in Staunton, Ill. Friends and family may call from 10 a.m. to Noon at Zion Lutheran Church.
