Vurlana R. Stainback, (44), of Modesto, committed multiple crimes: On March 2, 2024, Stainback committed the Class three felony and non-probationable offense of unlawful possession of weapons by a felon, in that said defendant, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed a pink and silver .380 caliber Taurus Spectrum pistol. She faces a sentencing range of 2 to 10 years.

The defendant committed multiple counts of charges on March 6, 2024: Count one is a Class two felony offense for aiding, abetting, possessing, and/or selling a known stolen vehicle, being a red, 1997 Ford F-150 truck; Count two is a Class two felony for the offense of possessing a stolen title, certificate, and/or plate, in that said defendant knowingly possessed a certificate of title to the above mentioned motor vehicle; Count three is for the crime of criminal trespass to a vehicle by physical control, in that said defendant knowingly and without authority operated the above mentioned motor vehicle.

Lora M. Christer, (41), of Girard, committed the offense of violating an order of protection, in that on March 2, 2024 and after having been served with notice of said order of protection in Macoupin County, said defendant knowingly entered into the protected location of Freedom Gas Station in Girard while a protected party was present.

Devon D. Hickman, (20), of Virden, committed the offense of criminal trespass to a vehicle on March 2, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly and without authority operated a 2017 Chevrolet Cruz that belonged to another individual.

Michelle M. Otto, (46), of Carlinville, committed the Class four felony offense of criminal damage to government property having a total value in excess of $500 on March 6, 2024. Said defendant knowingly damaged a Carlinville Police Department squad car by taking a rock and dragging it along the side of said squad car causing damage to the paint and identifying decals, and such property is supported in part by funds from the municipal government of Carlinville.

Ethan R. Wallace, (23), of Gillespie, committed the Class three felony offense for the failure to report an address change on March 6, 2024. Said defendant, a person required to register under the Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Registration Act, failed to report the establishment of a new fixed residence within 48 hours of establishing said residence.
