Staunton Star - Times - Published in the Interest of the Staunton Community for Over 143 Years

4-H Health Rocks kicked earlier this month. Each session focuses on overall health promotion and self-management skills.

Local health and wellness professionals teamed up with 4-H to share their knowledge and passion for wellness.

Thanks to Carlinville Area Hospital, Macoupin County Public Health, D&D Fitness, Think First-SIU-SOM, University of Illinois Extension, and local first responders.

Sessions included basic first aid, healthy snacks, physical therapy, dangers of vaping, dental health, yoga, brain injury prevention, and kindness matters focus on mental health.
