Court

Lora M. Christer, (41), of Girard, faces multiple charges for crimes that occurred Feb. 27, 2024: Count one is a Class three felony for the possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine or a substance containing methamphetamine; Count two is a Class four felony for the offense of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, being a substance containing fentanyl; Count three is for the offense of violating an order of protection in Macoupin County, after having been served with notice of said order of protection. Said defendant entered Freedom Gas Station in Girard, Ill., a protected location while a protected party was present.

Danielle L. Ellis, (41), of Henderson, Ill. committed two counts for crimes that occurred on Feb. 14, 2024: Count one is a Class two felony for burglary, in that said defendant without authority and knowingly entered a house located on White City Rd., in Staunton with the intent to commit therein a theft; Count two is a Class three felony for theft having a value of more than $500 but less than $10,000, in that said defendant exerted unauthorized control over the property of another, including items such as an axe, a tablesaw, various electrical parts, furnishings, and other items, with the intent to permanently deprive an individual of the benefit of said property.

Nicole L. Logsdon, (35), of Eagarville, committed two counts for crimes that occurred on Feb. 14, 2024: Count one is a Class two felony for burglary, in that said defendant without authority and knowingly entered a house located on White City Rd., in Staunton with the intent to commit therein a theft; Count two is a Class three felony for theft having a value of more than $500 but less than $10,000, in that said defendant exerted unauthorized control over the property of another, including items such as an axe, a tablesaw, various electrical parts, furnishings, and other items, with the intent to permanently deprive an individual of the benefit of said property.

Bryon D. Sinks, 59, of Shipman, committed the Class four felony offense of driving on a revoked or suspended license on Feb. 3, 2024. Said defendant drove a 2007 Chrysler van on Route 111 at the intersection of Virginia St., in Brighton, during a period in which his driver’s license was suspended or revoked and having previously been convicted on six prior occasions for driving while his license is suspended or revoked: Oct. 27, 1987 in Hardin County; July 13, 1992 in Greene County; Feb. 6, 1994, March 1, 1998, and March 30, 2001 in Madison County; and Nov. 5, 2007 in Jersey County.

Henry D. Wilson, 37, of Mt. Olive, committed the Class one felony offense of delivering more than five but less than 15 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine with the intent to deliver said methamphetamine.

Adam L. Bray, 42, of Carlinville, committed the followings crimes on Feb. 29, 2024: Count one is a Class four felony, with a minimum of 180-days in jail, said defendant drove a 2006 Dodge pickup on Linwood Lane in Macoupin County, during a period in which his driver’s license was suspended or revoked for a violation and having previously been convicted on four prior occasions for driving while his license was suspended or revoke in Macoupin County on Jan. 7, 2015, July 15, 2020, and Aug. 29, 2023, and once in Sangamon County on Oct. 24, 2022; Count two is for the offense of domestic battery with bodily harm, in that said defendant knowingly caused bodily harm to the girlfriend of the defendant, in that he struck said girlfriend on the top of the head with his hand.

Michelle M. Otto, 46, of Carlinville, committed the offense of assault on Feb. 23, 2024, in that said defendant without lawful authority, knowingly engaged in conduct which placed another individual in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery when said defendant threatened to cut up said individual.

Joshua M. Mack, 43, of Virden, committed two counts of violating an order of protection on Feb. 23, 2024: Count one is for the offense of violating an order of protection in that said defendant knowingly entered into the residence located on N. Springfield Rd. in Virden, which is a protected location, after having been served with notice of said order of protection; Count two is for the offense of violating an order of protection in that said defendant made contact with the protected party by verbal communication after having been served with notice of said order of protection.

Justin A. Brown, 40, of Carlinville, committed the offense of battery on Feb. 27, 2023, in that said defendant knowingly and without legal justification made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with another individual, in that he pushed said individual.

Michael L. Riddenhour, 44, of Gillespie, committed the offense of violating an order of protection on Feb. 16, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly made contact with the protected party via cell-phone after having been served with notice of said order of protection in Macoupin County.

DUI

Sandra L. Eddinger, 52, of Bunker Hill, was ticketed for driving a white, 2007 Chevrolet Impala while under the influence on Foote St. in Brighton and Bunker Hill Rd. on Feb. 13, 2024 at 7 p.m.

Demetrion A. Commer, 21, of Springfield, was ticketed for driving a silver 2021 Toyota passenger car while under the influence, being a first or second offense, driving southbound on I-55 on Feb. 17, 2024 at 2:39 p.m.

Maycee A. Hart, 18, of Girard, was ticketed for two counts of driving a silver, 2012, Cadillac passenger car while under the influence and for having a BAC of .08 or more while being under the legal drinking age of 21 on Emerson Airline and Rachel Rd. on Feb. 23, 2024 at 12:01 a.m.

Nicholas B. Eickmeyer, 33, of Carlinville, was ticketed for driving a black, 2017, Ford F-150 truck while under the influence on S. First Plum and South in rural Carlinville on Feb 23, 2024 at 3:17 p.m.
