ADVERTISEMENT OF SALE

A public sale of storage unit contents will be held on the 30th day of March 2024 at 9:00 AM located at 400 Harris, Staunton, IL.

The contents are located at 400 Harris, Staunton, IL in Unit #41 under the name of Amanda Deininger, Unit #D2 under the name of Melissa Fernandez, and Units #R1 & #F3 under the name of Amber Foster.

The sale shall be held in an auction style format with all items being sold as one lot. All items must be removed from storage unit on day of sale.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A request for an Area/Bulk Variance has been submitted to the City of Staunton Zoning Hearing Officer by Jason Christians. A Public Hearing will be held to decide whether the Zoning Ordinance should be varied to allow the applicant to place a garage that will exceed the allotted size (1,000 sq.') at the following property:

302 W. Panhorst St., Staunton, IL

A public hearing will be held on March 19, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Ralph and Josephine Community Center, 101 W. Pearl St., Staunton, Illinois, to consider this request at which tiime you may appear and be heard for or against said proposal. Notice is hereby given that LocalStorage Staunton will sell the contents of the storage units listed below at a public auction to satisfy a lien placed on the contents (pursuant to Chapter 770 - LIENS 770 ILCS 95/ - Self-Service Storage Facility Act. The sale will take place at the website http://www.StorageTreasures.com. The sale will be conducted on http://www.StorageTreasures.com, under the guidance of Christopher Rosa (AU005857) on behalf of the facility’s management. Units will be available for viewing prior to the sale on http://www.StorageTreasures.com. All sales are final. Seller reserves the right to withdraw the property at any time before the sale or to refuse any bids. The property to be sold is described as general household items unless otherwise noted.
