OLIVE TOWNSHIP (Madison County) Tax Exemptions

It is no longer necessary to apply for the Senior Citizen Homestead Exemption (yellow cards) each year. The exemption will automatically renew if you continue to live in the same residence.

Those seniors who own the home in which the reside and who have a total household yearly income of less than $65,000, are also eligible for the Low-Income Senior Homestead Freeze. This exemption must be applied for every year, but it no longer needs to be notarized. If you applied last year a 2024 form will be sent to you this year.
