Carol Louise Raab-Farley, 62, of Thornton, Colo., passed away in the home where she raised her family on Dec. 16, 2023.

She was born on March 4, 1961 in Staunton and she never met a stranger during the years she graced this plane of existence.

Carol obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in 1983, allowing her the opportunity to work on excavation sites abroad in Paestum, Italy, and her hometown of Edwardsville.
