Lawrence Robert “Larry” Wohlert, 81, formerly of Worden, Ill. passed away on Friday, Nov. 24, 2023 in West Palm Beach, Fla. He was born on Oct. 4, 1942 the son of Ralph (Ben) and Florence (Heinemeier) Wohlert and they preceded him in death. Larry married his wife, Susan (Caswell) Wohlert where they lived in states Mass. and N.H., and he is survived by his wife.

Larry grew up in Worden and after graduation he joined the Navy. He worked for Webster Thomas and later, Ocean Spray, in Mass. After retirement, he moved to Santana, Fla. where he could garden and fish year round.
