A request for an Area/Bulk Variance has been submitted to the City of Staunton Zoning Hearing Officer by Sara Rae. A Public Hearing will be held to decide whether the Zoning Ordinance should be varied to allow the applicant to change the Zoning code from R1 to R2 at the following property:
