Tom Spears, President of Concordia Hall, approached Mayor Craig Neuhaus about starting a Queen of Hearts drawing at Concordia Hall with 10% of the net profit going towards the city parks. With those assets, Concordia Hall has donated a Megasiam 60 professional basketball system that will be erected at The Fireman’s Park this spring.

Replacing the existing poles, backboards, and nets at the park was going to be included in next year’s budget and this allows the city an opportunity to complete the project ahead of that timeline.
