The Staunton Elbon Shrine club would like to thank the Staunton community for their very generous support of the Shriners Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
The most recent fundraiser held Oct. 14 at Mr. T’s, generated nearly $6,000. A special thank you goes out to owner Mike Tranter, and celebrity bar tenders Jim McKay and Rick Allen. The event, along with very generous donations involved several hours of wonderful fellowship and lots of camaraderie amongst friends.
Oct. 7 was our Shriners annual paper drive fundraiser that yeilded over $1,200 in the streets of Staunton. Once again, we at Elbon extend our thanks for your generous support of our Shriners Hospital to help our youth in need at no cost. Thanks again. 19
