SHS Class of '73 will hold 50th reunion

The Staunton High School Class of 1973 50th year reunion is on Saturday, Sept. 30. They kick off the day at the Staunton Sportsman Club where you are invited to hang out, reminisce about the good ol' days and listen to those great '70s tunes from Noon - 4 p.m. Bring your favorite beverage and picnic snack.
To keep the party going, they will gather from 6 to 10 p.m. at The Winery at Shale Lake, 1499 Washington Avenue.
Please bring any yearbooks, photos or mementos. If you know a classmate who isn't on Facebook or doesn't get the hometown newspaper, please reach out and let them know about the big day.
This week's Looking Back photo is the property of Nancy Bickley Collera. It shows the junior class history trip to the Springfield Capitol in April of 1972. The teachers are Coach Randy Legendre and Ronald Rull.
