Children going into pre-K, K, 6th, 9th, or 12th grades have medical requirements that must be met in Illinois. Also students in 6th-12th grades that play sports require a physical.

A physical and immunization clinic will be held at Staunton Schools on Aug. 3 through the Macoupin County Public Health Department. It will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Appointments will be on a first come, first serve basis. No walk-ups will be accepted. Registration closes on July 27. Go to the district website to register.
