• Christopher R. Oatsvall, 57, of Carlinville, violated order of protection, when entering upon 326 Chiles St., Carlinville, a protected location, on June 26.

• Lynne M. Goodwin, 64, of Staunton, committed criminal trespass to land, when defendant entered upon the land at 237 S. Hackman St., Staunton, after having received prior notice from law enforcement that such entry was forbidden, on June 29.

• Emiliano R. McGill, 19, of Litchfield, was cited for possession of alcohol by a minor in public, at 6:46 p.m. on June 24 at I-55 northbound milepost 4.5 in Cahokia Township.

• Kyle T. James, 32, of Girard, was cited for DUI at 12:36 a.m. on June 25 at Cemetery Rd. in Virden for Count I. In Count II he committed the offense of domestic battery/bodily harm when defendant knowingly caused bodily harm to a household member of the defendant, in that he struck her on the arm.

• Alice A. Schmitt, 45, of Mt. Olive, was cited for DUI at 1:31 a.m. on June 16 at IL-138 3,228 feet northwest of Lakeview Dr. in Mt. Olive Township.
