• Jacob T. Kimbro, Sr., 36, of Bethalto, faces three felony charges of first degree murder and additional felony charges of attempted first degree murder, aggravated battery, possession of a stolen firearm and unlawful possession of weapons by a felon on Saturday, Feb. 25, after allegedly shooting a woman in the head, causing death, and shooting a man in the head, causing great bodily harm, with a handgun. He also faces felony charges of aggravated cruelty to animals after allegedly shooting and killing a dog.

• Dilynn J. Schehl, 31, of Gillespie, faces a felony charge of aggravated battery in a public place after allegedly striking an individual on the head with a closed fist on Wednesday, Feb. 22, in Staunton.

• Amy S. Odle, 48, of Staunton, faces two felony charges of burglary after allegedly entering the greenhouse at Mayfield’s Landscaping in Staunton and a shed at Staunton Chiropractic on Saturday, Feb. 4, and Sunday, Feb. 5, with the intent to commit a theft.

• April M. Booth, 42, of East Alton, faces felony charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of burglary tools on Saturday, Feb. 25.

• Roderick J. Boulanger, 38, of Virden, faces a felony charge of possession of meth on Tuesday, Feb. 28.

• Travis L. McGovern, 46, of Carlinville, was charged with retail theft after allegedly taking a Security brand key retriever from Ace Hardware in Carlinville on Wednesday, Jan. 11.

• Adam L. Bray, 41, of Gillespie, was charged with retail theft after allegedly taking an automotive battery from Walmart in Carlinville on Nov. 26, 2022.

• Karen C. Best, 40, of Worden, was charged with criminal trespass after allegedly remaining upon property after having been given notice to depart on Dec. 26, 2022.

• Patrick D. Greer, 37, of Mt. Olive, was charged with criminal trespass to land after allegedly entering Casey’s General Store in Benld after receiving prior notice that such entry is forbidden on Nov. 18, 2022.

• Jordan D. Bishop, 19, of Staunton, was charged with battery after allegedly striking another individual in the face with his fist on Oct. 19, 2022.

• Craig A. Bartholomew, 50, of Staunton, was charged with theft after allegedly taking top load washing machines from Rainbow Laundromat in Staunton on Nov. 9, 2022.

• Ashley L. Jones, 29, of Carlinville, was charged with aggravated assault on public property after allegedly lunging and threatening an individual within the halls of the Macoupin County Courthouse on Friday, Feb. 10.

• Andrew M. Lindsey, 20, of Carlinville, was charged with theft after allegedly taking several tools and equipment from Whitlock Plumbing on Sept. 28, 2022.

• Keaton M. Todd, 32, of Peoria, was charged with criminal trespass to land after allegedly entering land located on East Main Street in Staunton on Monday, Feb. 27.

• Sydney M. Lomelino, 49, of Virden, was charged with deceptive practices on Dec. 9, 2022.
