• Terry J. Sloan, 33, of Girard, faces a felony charge of burglary after allegedly entering a building on West Center Street in Girard on Friday, Nov. 25.
• Dennis R. Kraushaar, 48, of Jerseyville, faces felony charges of aggravated fleeing and unlawful display of title on Wednesday, Dec. 7.
• William S. Glover, 62, of Staunton, faces three felony charges of domestic battery after allegedly striking a household member on her left arm multiple times, and throwing household items at her, striking her head, on Wednesday, Dec. 7.
• Derrick R. Hurley, 37, of Mt. Olive, was charged with violation of an order of protection after allegedly entering a protected place on West Main Street in Mt. Olive on Monday, Dec. 5.
• Howard E. Nelson, 30, of Carlinville, was charged with criminal damage to property, being the interior of another individual’s apartment, as well as furniture, on Aug. 28.
• Roger M. Brown, 63, of Plainview, was cited for violation of the domestic animals running at large act at 7:11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, on Shipman Road, just north of 6th Street in Hillyard Township.
• Travis L. McGovern, 46, of Palmyra, was charged with deceptive practices on Aug. 26, in Carlinville.
• Jessica M. Reiman, 38, of Gillespie, was charged with deceptive practices on Sept. 15, in Benld.
• Breanna L. Livingston, 26, of Girard, was ticketed for littering on the roadway at 2:56 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, in Girard.
• Jeramie M. McFarland, 42, of Virden, was cited for littering/dumping trash in a ditch at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, on Dye Street in Virden.
