National Child Passenger Safety Week is held annually in September. To observe this annual event, the Macoupin County Safe Kids is sponsoring a car seat check-up event on Monday, Sept. 19. This event will be held in the Maple Street Clinic parking lot located at 1115 Morgan Street in Carlinville from 2 to 5:30 p.m.
