Edna Louise Torimino, 76, of Benld, Ill., died at Hillsboro Rehab & Health Care in Hillsboro on Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2022. She was born Feb. 11, 1946, in Granite City to John and Vernice Martha Payne Donaldson. She married Dominic Torimino, and he preceded her in death.

She was a baker for Walmart.

She is survived by her children, Perry (Cheryl) Jones of Oregon, Wis., Tracy Connell of Tallassee, Ala., Patricia (Theodore) Truskowski of Benld; stepchildren, Kerry - Don Torimino of Edwardsville, Dominic Torimino of Granite City, Elizabeth Torimino Paparigopoulios of Collinsville; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and siblings, Carl Donaldson, Chuck Donaldson, Ronald Donaldson, and Patricia Parson. Edna was preceded in death by her parents and husband; daughter, Sandi McQueen; granddaughter, Kayla Johnson; infant great-grandson; brothers, Hollis Donaldson, Marvin Donaldson, Logan Donaldson; and sisters, Joybell Wilson and Phyllis Carver.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, Aug. 27, at Trinity Baptist Church in Gillespie.
