Madison County indictments

Abigail M. Barnes, 30, homeless with a last known address in Livingston, was indicted Aug. 25 for burglary, a Class 2 felony. On July 31 Barnes allegedly entered the Livingston Grocery Store to commit theft.

Lamont C. Alberty was indicted for burglary, a Class 2 felony, and retail theft under $300 (second subsequent offense), a Class 4 felonys. On July 31 Alberty allegedly entered the Livingston Grocery Store to commit theft; on July 19 he allegedly took socks and T-shirts valued at less than $300 from Dollar General in Livingston.
