• Cesar Morales-Lara, 27, of Chicago, faces two felony charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, being 9 mm pistol, after allegedly carrying the weapon within a vehicle while not on his land on April 27.

She also faces a felony charge of possession of meth on Tuesday, May 17.

• Michael R. Wahls, 47, of Medora, faces two felony charges of meth delivery on July 29, 2021 and July 30, 2021.

• Amy J. Hurst, 36, of Brighton, faces two felony charges of meth delivery on Oct. 20, 2021 and Nov. 18, 2021.

• Javen E. Woolsey, 40, of Medora, faces a felony charge of meth delivery on June 23, 2021.

• Megan E. Lewis, 31, of Medora, faces a felony charge of meth delivery on March 3.

• Jayden M. Harper, 27, of Medora, faces a felony charge of unlawful delivery of a look-alike substance purported to be meth on Sept. 21, 2021.

• Deanna R. Renfroe, 41, of Carbondale, faces a felony charge of retail theft after allegedly taking Bluetooth speakers on Monday, May 2 and Tuesday, May 10, at Walmart in Carlinville.

• Isaiah M. Johnson, 18, of Girard, was charged with resisting a peace officer and criminal trespass to real property on or about Tuesday, May 17.

• Peggy Forbes, 39, of Staunton, was charged with deceptive practices on March 22.

• David A. Rhodes II, 49, of Wilsonville, was charged with violation of a stalking no contact order on Sunday, May 1.

• Joshua D. Strode, 45, of Virden, was cited for driving under the influence and reckless driving on Monday, May 9, on North Springfield Street in Virden.

• James E. Wiita, 48, of Staunton, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 8:53 p.m. Saturday, May 14, on Staunton Bunker Hill Road in Staunton.

• William T. Herman, 47, of Edwardsville, was cited for driving under the influence at 11:34 p.m. Saturday, May 14, at the intersection of Staunton Bunker Hill Road and Rt. 4 in Staunton.

• Taylor G. Simburger, 31, of Litchfield, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 11:28 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, on Franke Road and Honey Creek Road in Cahokia.
