Bremer Sanctuary is planning a public workday on Saturday, April 16, from 9 to 11. The focus will be weed pulling, spreading mulch around the viewing platforms, amphitheater area, memorial area, and approaches to the covered bridge. Participants will need to bring their own rakes, shovels and gloves.

Stick removal from Timber Trail for the upcoming mowing season and housecleaning in the education barn are also needed. Public attendees will not be allowed to use power tools or Bremer's UTVs, so Bremer stewards will be present if this is needed.
