• Jaden E. Clemons, 18, of Staunton, was cited for possession of alcohol by a minor at 4:33 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 11, at Reservoir Road, just south of Staunton Road, in Staunton.

• Brandon L. Johnston, 22, of Carlinville, was charged with retail theft after allegedly taking cell phone chargers, cables and headphones from Walmart in Carlinville on June 21, 2022.

• Richard W. Mellenthin, 52, of Mt. Olive, was charged with criminal trespass to a residence on West 4th South Street in Mt. Olive on Wednesday, Jan. 11.

• Traver J. Coleman, 39, of Divernon, was charged with violation of an order of protection after allegedly calling a protected party and leaving a voicemail on Sunday, Jan. 8.

• Kyla K. Powell, 26, of Springfield, was cited for driving under the influence at 12:19 a.m. Monday, Jan. 9, on I-55 northbound near milepost 44.

• Jeffrey A. David, 50, of Benld, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 9:01 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, at the intersection of West Prairie Street at North Union Street in Staunton.

• Jordan B. Williams, 24, of Carlinville, was cited for driving under the influence at 9:52 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, on Route 4, just north of Harvest Road in Carlinville.

• Timothy B. Clotfelter, 45, of Gillespie, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 11:26 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, at Route 159, just south or Rust Road in Bunker Hill.
