Kathy Lee Schultz, 65, of Staunton, Ill., died at Anderson Hospital in Maryville on Monday, Nov. 7, 2022. She was born Nov. 22, 1956, in Staunton, a daughter of Janet (Heinemeier) Schultz and the late John Louis Schultz

She was employed as executive assistant to the president of Coastline Community College in Orange County, Calif., for 16 years. She then held the same position at Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey for approximately 20 years.

She is survived by her mother, Janet Schultz of Staunton; one sister, Tina (Steve) Goar of Nathrop, Colo .; brother-in-law, Richard St. Yves of Buckeye, Ariz .; special cousins, Cheryl Schuessler of Glen Carbon, Chris Coleman of Edwardsville; and numerous other cousins. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by one sister, Beverly St. Yves.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
