The Worden Public Library will host a family reading activity on Wednesday, Nov. 16, at 4 p.m., in observance of Family Reading Night. Family Reading Night is held each year to encourage parents, grandparents, and other caregivers to read to children. Being read to at an early age is one of the prime factors in predicting future success in school. The library’s reading activity this year will feature the book, Balloons Over Broadway, by Melissa Sweet.
