Macoupin County State’s Attorney Jordan J. Garrison announced on Friday, Oct. 14, that Stormy L. Ray, age 36, was sentenced by the Honorable Joshua A. Meyer to nine years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for delivery of methamphetamine.

On July 20, 2022, the defendant pled guilty to the charge, and the matter was set for sentencing hearing on Sept. 20. Ray failed to appear at that sentencing hearing and a warrant was issued.
