Secretary of State Jesse White’s Mobile Drivers Unit will be at the Benld Public Library from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 4. They will be offering the following services: Driver’s license renewal (including written and road tests), ID cards and vehicle registration renewals. The Real I.D. is not available at mobile units.
