Friends of CUSD #5 (FOCUS5), is hosting a golf scramble fundraiser at Timber Lakes Golf Course in Staunton on Saturday, Oct. 1. This will be a four-person team scramble with registration at 8 a.m. and a shotgun start at 9 a.m.

Cost is $300 per team or $75 per golfer and includes 18 holes, food and cart.

There will be prizes for longest drives and closest to the pins. Team skins, team mulligans and team pro drive #18 Par 5 are all optional. Payout will be based on the number of teams.

Olive School District #5 sports and extracurricular activities including past funding for end-of-the-year field day, the annual Mt. Olive School Art Festival, school assemblies, equipment and uniforms for various sports as well as field trips for students.
