Staunton Star - Times - Published in the Interest of the Staunton Community for Over 143 Years

On Sunday morning, Aug. 7, Father Tom Hagstrom blessed the statue of St. Michael the Archangel that graces the lawn in front of St. Michael's Church. The statue was recently erected in memory and honor of Ralph and Josephine Oltmann whose generous bequest enabled St. Michael's Church to completely restore and update the church. The church now stands as a physical testament of the faith and support of the Oltmanns as well as of the eternal gratitude of St. Michael's parishioners.
