The Staunton High School Bulldogs football team competed in Roxana against Granite City, Alton and Roxana in 7-on-7. An official score wasn't kept, but the Bulldogs heavily competed against much larger schools. Six touchdowns were scored by the Bulldogs with the defense giving up a similar amount. There were a couple of interceptions, but overall, it was a great showing.
