Roland Eugene White, 71, of Bunker Hill, Ill., died at his residence on Sunday, July 3, 2022. He was born Jan. 8, 1951, in Jacksonville, to Oliver and Esther Schrier White. He married Linda Fahrenkrog. She survives.

He was retired from AT&T. Roland was a member of the Woodburn Bible Church. He loved with all his heart and enjoyed watching his kids and grandkids play baseball and softball. He also enjoyed driving his orange Corvette, boating, snowmobiling, and mushroom hunting. He was always willing to help people in any way that he could.

He is survived by his wife, Linda White of Bunker Hill; children, Joe (Erin) White of Wentzville, Mo., Abby (John) Austin of Edmond, Okla., Kim (J.D.) Stotts of Bunker Hill; grandchildren, Alayna, Sammi, Molly, Logan, Blake, Natalie, Ellie, Eli, and Emma. He is also survived by brothers and sisters, in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Roland was preceded in death by his parents.

A visitation was held at Kravanya Funeral Home in Bunker Hill on Thursday, July 7.
