Now is a great time to join a local Girl Scout troop for girls kindergarten-5th grade. Girl Scouts are running their extended year deal, which is $35 and will last until Sept. 30 of 2023; however, they do have financial assistance if needed. If a girl joins before the end of July, they will also receive a free Girl Scout goodie bag.
